A skilled machinist sets up and operates manual and CNC lathes and turning centers to produce high-precision centrifugal pump parts, handling complex setups, tight tolerances, and varied components. They work independently, perform equipment PMs, deliver high-quality output, and may guide lower-level machinists; this role is part of the UAW union.
The RTM Assembler C builds routine assemblies with minimal components, performs repetitive visual tests, and handles basic repairs such as sanding, oiling, grinding, and deburring using hand and pneumatic tools. They work independently, may guide lower-level assemblers, complete routine quality checks, and must be able to lift 5–35 lbs.; this role is a UAW union position.
The Customer Service Representative processes customer orders, quotes, and product inquiries while clearly communicating pricing and availability. They support the sales team, maintain customer satisfaction, and apply broad knowledge of the division’s products, services, and markets.

The Indianapolis manufacturing center is the proud home of our legendary Dean pump brand. This facility specializes in high-performance metallic centrifugal pumps, engineered to handle extreme temperatures and demanding chemical processes in facilities around the world.
