The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving, and effective coordination of logistics activities. This role involves leading a warehouse team, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
A skilled machinist sets up and operates manual and CNC lathes and turning centers to produce high-precision centrifugal pump parts, handling complex setups, tight tolerances, and varied components. They work independently, perform equipment PMs, deliver high-quality output, and may guide lower-level machinists; this role is part of the UAW union.
The RTM Assembler is responsible for producing composite components using Resin Transfer Molding techniques to support consistent, high‑quality manufacturing operations. This role involves preparing molds and materials, loading fiberglass reinforcements, injecting resin, monitoring curing cycles, and performing routine inspections to ensure parts meet engineering and quality standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining safe and efficient processes.
The Skilled Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating manual and CNC mills, lathes, and turning centers to produce precision components for centrifugal pump assemblies. This role requires advanced machining skills, the ability to perform complex set‑ups and tight‑tolerance work, and a strong commitment to quality across a wide range of parts. The Skilled Machinist also performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots machining issues, and may support or guide junior team members as needed.
